Counselling for women feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected whether life has become exhausting, confusing, or you’re simply ready for support. You don’t need to be in crisis to start; even the quiet ache of holding too much is enough.

  • Intake session: 30-minute session to explore needs and goals
  • Full counselling session: 50–60 minutes of trauma-informed, personalised support
  • Group Mindfulness Session (COMING SOON)
